The main difference is that with email communication you will have to be there when interacting with customers/clients because you will have to be in front of the computer typing up emails and manually sending them, where as if you create a website then you won’t have to be there to attract customers, as the website you have created has all the information they need online and the customer can find the website by searching the internet. The users will be able to visit your website anytime of the day, even whilst you’re sleeping.
